Drawing and sketching are passions of mine.
I suppose that is obvious. After all, I illustrate and design by profession. Creating art relaxes me and helps me focus. I guess that’s why I doodle all the time.
People tell me they would love to get started sketching. Yet they feel artistic skills are out of reach for them.
As the saying goes, if it’s important you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.
Don’t worry. You won’t hurt my feelings if drawing isn’t as important to you as it is to me.
I believe that, like any other skill, you can learn to draw if you practice enough. If you really want to learn something, you can do it. Learning anything takes work and dedication. But if it’s important to you, I believe you can learn anything, including how to draw.
