Music to Write To: My Summer 2017 Writing Playlist on Spotify

The right music really gets me moving and feeling productive.

When I’m writing or creating other content, I try to not listen to any music with words, or else it makes it harder for me to concentrate on writing.

My darling offspring introduced me to Spotify last year sometimes, and I have fallen in love.

2017 Summer Writing Playlist on Spotify

I recently discovered (being an old fart), that you can create your own playlists on Spotify. I’m not sure why I didn’t know that before. Getting old maybe?

I’ve had a few friends request the link to my writing playlist that I use to help me work without distracting me. I figured I might as well make it public and share with the rest of ya.

My 2017 Writing Playlist

So here it is. The Thoughts and Designs 2017 Writing Playlist.

This playlist starts off with Milos Karadaglic’s instrumental album, “Blackbird” which contains gentle, classical style covers of Beatles’ songs.

Next up, I have songs from Oliver Davis’ album Flight, which is also instrumental/classical style music.

Followed by a little Mozart then a little Bach.

I want to know: What kind of music do you listen to when you’re writing or working on other content? Do you have a playlist you made? Share it with me in the comments!

Happy writing, friends.
